Hi, I’m Brenda.
I am a compassionate and dedicated Associate Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. My educational background allows me to support clients both clinically and holistically.
I specialize in working with children, individuals, couples, and families who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), and relational challenges. I strive to be a steady, safe presence where clients can feel heard without judgment.
I believe in helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. I work collaboratively with clients, empowering them to take ownership of their growth and healing.
On a personal level, I value authenticity and compassion that emphasize hope and restoration. I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for change when given the right support and environment.
I am currently under the clinical supervision of Isabel Cazarez, LCSW, Lic.# 104947
