I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families across community and private agency settings. I take a compassionate collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are and working together to identify goals that are meaningful to them. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and supported is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore, grow, and develop skills that support lasting change.
(I work under the direct clinical supervision of Isabel Cazarez, LCSW, Lic. # 104947)
Starting therapy can feel intimidating and you don’t have to navigate difficult seasons on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what your experiencing, and working toward changes you want to make. I would be honored to support you through that journey.
