As a bilingual (English & Spanish) and culturally sensitive therapist, I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem and relationship concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique background and needs. With training in trauma-informed care, I help clients process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe, while also building resilience and coping strategies. I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and strength-based practices to support healing and personal growth.

I understand the complexities of balancing cultural values, family expectations, and individual identity. My bilingual skills allow me to support clients in both English and Spanish, offering a space that feels authentic and accessible. Therapy with me is not “one-size-fits-all.” I believe that your story matters, and together we can explore patterns, build healthier perspectives, and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.

If you are looking for a therapist who respects your culture, values, and lived experiences while helping you heal from past wounds and thrive in the present, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
