With over 10 years of experience in the human services field, I am committed to guiding and empowering associate therapists to develop their clinical skills and build successful careers. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, both from California State University, Bakersfield. In 2021, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #104947) and as of March 2025, I have also taken on the role of Clinical Supervisor for associate therapists on their journey towards earning their license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
My professional background includes working for the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), providing in-home counseling, and working as a therapist in both clinical and private practice settings. I have experience in Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed care, and working with couples.
My goal is to offer our clinical associates the guidance to thrive and excel as clinical practitioners. My approach to clinical supervision is collaborative, fostering a space for reflection, skill-building, and empowerment to support the development of competent, compassionate clinicians working with diverse populations, age ranges, and ailments.
