Resilience is a central focus of my work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I view the narratives we construct about ourselves and our relationships as powerful influences on how we experience challenges and navigate connection with others. My role as a therapist is not to eliminate life’s difficulties, but to help clients develop effective strategies for working through them while fostering confidence and adaptability.
In therapy, I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to identify strengths, examine patterns of behavior, and cultivate new ways of relating that support growth and well-being. Together, we explore meaning-making systems and address longstanding patterns that may be limiting progress, with the goal of creating sustainable and meaningful change.
I believe in the capacity for all individuals and relationships to evolve, and I approach each client with respect, curiosity, and a commitment to evidence-informed care.
(I work under the direct clinical supervision of G. Gaby Peña, LMFT, Lic.# 112939.)
