Hello, I’m Jennifer. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker who has experience supporting children, adults, and families through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficult experiences. I believe participating in therapy should help you feel safe, in collaborative space where you can be heard without judgment and given a space to grow and heal. My educational and professional experience enables me to create a collaborative, safe, supportive space guided by evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach.
I believe in helping each person recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. I work collaboratively with each client to tailor a specialized treatment plan and together we work on noticing patterns of thought and behavior, fostering personal growth, and empowering you to make meaningful changes to achieve your goals.
I’m so glad to have the opportunity to create a safe space for you to openly process, grow, and heal during therapy. I’m here for you as you take care of your mental health, and I can’t wait to meet you!
