I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping teens and adults navigate clinical target areas such as ADHD, complex trauma, mood disorders, substance use, codependency, and relationship challenges. My approach focuses on inner-child healing to help clients process unmet needs, overcome perfectionism, resolve family conflict, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process centered on empowerment, self-compassion, and personal growth. Whether we’re processing childhood or relational trauma, exploring identity, or working through life transitions, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I also enjoy incorporating creative expression into therapy as a meaningful way to process difficult experiences and foster resilience.
My work is guided by cultural humility and respect for each person’s unique background, values, gender identity, sexual orientation, and lived experiences. I am passionate about helping clients reclaim their sense of self, build confidence, and create a life that reflects their own values rather than the expectations of others.
(I work under the direct clinical supervision of Kathryn Trejo, LMFT, Lic. #126619.)
It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or forgotten. I know beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My hope is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to create a life that feels authentic to who you are. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
