About Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who has experience working in the mental health field with children, families, adolescents, and adults for over ten years. I have worked with a diverse population from multiple cultural identities and social economic status, providing mental health services in a multitude of settings. The interventions used meet the needs of my clients, integrating solution-focused, emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, psychoeducational and humanistic therapies.
My practice is rooted in a holistic approach that integrates and encourages the use of practices like acupuncture, massage therapy, sound therapy, aromatherapy, yoga, etc. I am passionate about considering and taking into account the client’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being and overall wellness when helping my clients achieve the best version of themselves. I commit to support my clients through creating a safe place that is culturally sensitive, empathic, and mindful of each encounter.
(I work under the clinical supervision of Corine Garcia, LMFT, License # 121010.)
