My name is Kayla Lim (she/her). I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. In my time as a therapist, I have had the privilege to work in multiple settings that serve people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, conflict within families, OCD, and domestic violence in school settings, outpatient mental health, and non-profit organizations. I want to support my clients by being culturally sensitive, empathetic, and being mindful of each person I encounter. In my approach as a therapist, navigating with evidence-based and holistic interventions cultivates a nurturing, safe, and mindful space for clients to foster growth and achieve self-actualization for their well-being. (I am under the clinical supervision of Corine Garcia, LMFT, Lic. #121010)
