I also have experience working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma and/or loss. I tailor my interventions to meet the needs of the client and family, integrating solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and structural family therapies. With my experience and training, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and best self. I understand the key to having a healthy lifestyle begins with nurturing one’s mental health.
